Our Approach To Rodent Trapping & Removal Service
If you have seen mice or their droppings, you don’t want to wait any longer; now, get on a treatment plan.
1. RODENT INSPECTION
We will perform an inspection to identify where the rodents are harboring. We will locate entry points where they may be getting inside your home. Make recommendations on sealing these entry points.
2. RODENT BAITS & TRAPS
We’ll then place snap traps or multi-catch traps, depending upon the level of infestation. We will place bait boxes that are pet and child-resistant in locations that are likely to have rodent activity to rid your home of the rodents.
3. RODENT MONITORING
We will return to your home every week for the first two weeks. We will then determine how frequently we must inspect the traps and bait based on the level of infestation. The more rodent activity found, the more often we’ll check the traps and bait.
Because each case can be different based on the level of infestation and the property’s condition, the initial inspection will cost $50.00, after which we will provide you a quote for service. Should you decide to go with our service, $50.00 will be applied to your initial service cost.
A typical initial service will range between $150.00 – $200.00 and follow-up services $40.00 each.
