The W.H.O. Seasonal Service is a complete lawn care program designed to give the best in year-round lawn maintenance by averaging the cost of the various treatments during the year. This service provides flexibility in applying just the right materials at just the right time for your lawn, whether it is herbicides or fertilizers. Each service visit is documented with detailed notes concerning the current status of your lawn and suggestions for future care, including recommendations on watering and raking. It is recommended that these suggestions be followed; neglect to do so, resulting in lawn dormancy, releases Four Seasons Exterminating from any liability regarding the condition of the lawn.
The service schedule is based on seasonal treatments: Spring: Soil Sample Pre-emergent Application Fertilization General Pest Control
Summer: Herbicide Application Fungicide Application Soil Adjustments Fertilization General Pest Control
Fall: Insecticide Application Fertilization Overseeding General Pest Control Aeration (Optional, starting at $190)
There are three plan options for clients: 3X Plan: Three treatments per year. 4X Plan: Four treatments per year. 7X Premium Plan: Seven treatments per year.
This tiered system enables the homeowner to choose a plan that best suits their needs and budget for lawn care. These plans offer regular maintenance necessary for a healthy lawn. For instance, aerating, while optional, improves soil health and grass growth considerably.
Secondly, lawn vitality depends on consistent fertilization. Fertilizing normally comes in different services based on the lawn’s requirements.
By signing up for the W.H.O. Seasonal Service, homeowners will ensure just the right treatments at the right time to give their lawn healthy, lush growth throughout the year. Following the care recommendations listed between services will further optimize lawn health and appearance.
